If you want to place an order, first of all, please select any cards which you prefer on our web-pages.
For any inquiry of exact quotation, extra options of printing or actual samples, please send us by e-mail (support@cardgalleria.com).
We will reply for your inquiry as soon as possible.

If you need wording samples, find it of our previous samples on " Sample of wedding wording " page.
* Wording requirements for artwork : name of couple, greetings, venue, wedding date & time, RSVP info and map of venue etc.
You are available more samples of wording by e-mail service if you request us to provide it.
Then, please send us your wording ( by wording file or PDF format ) which you have decided by e-mail for our artwork service.
* When you request us the artwork service, Let us know with card model number and quantity you need as well.

Our designer will send you draft artwork for your confirmation. You can request further amendment until you are satisfied with
the design.  If you are O.k the artwork finally, you need to confirm us to proceed the printing.

Please make payment by " Paypal " for credit card or debit card on our web-pages after confirmation of artwork.
and You are available bank-transfer or Western union as well. We will let you know the information by e-mail.
If you need to order as detailed quotation due to extra options or custom design service, we can send you " Paypal " of our
account by e-mail for your payment.
All of our card comes with printing service of wording, envelope (in white) and sealing sticker as package price.

We proceed to print as soon as your confirmation of artwork and payment.
That's why we cannot accept further requests for amendment of the artwork even word spelling.
Please check it exactly once again before confirm the final artwork.

After completion of the printing and packaging, we will dispatch you the completed cards to your place by courier service
such as EMS or DHL. Kindly inform us your full adresss including postal code with contact number for delivery service.
If you are unsatisfied with the quality such as printing error, please let us know for our consideration of reprint or refund.
We will support you by our best service for your luxury wedding occasion.

Lead time
- Branded ready-made card orders are arrived within around 7 working days after confirmation of artwork and payment.
- Personalized card orders are sent within around 7 ~ 9 working days all aver the world after confirmation of artwork and payment.
- Delivery : door to door, by EMS courier service * Express service available at additional charge by DHL

Standard service for ready-made ( Branded ) card
1) Printing : offset or digital printing in black color for insert of card
2) Design service: artwork design for insert wording
3) Package service : it comes with white envelope, sealing sticker in gold or silver

Extra options for ready-made card ( with additional charge )
1) Printing : color printing, photo printing, hot stamping, embossing for wording of insert
2) Design : in case of creation for personalized artwork deign of insert.
3) Package : colored envelope and custom sticker.
4) Express service : lead time 3 ~ 4 days ( approximately )

Artwork service for ready-made card.
1) We provide artwork design service for insert wording and map for free.
2) You can apply us artwork service for insert wording of card model which you select by e-mail.
    and we will support artwork service until you are satisfied.
3) Application for artwork service : Please send us document file for your wording and information of your wedding such as
     your wedding day, venue and RSVP information etc. with card model you select by support@cardgalleria.com
4) Language : You are available wording in English, Chinese, Spanish, Malay, Burmese and any European and Asian languages.
5) You can make payment after confirmation of your artwork.
6) After a customer confirm the artwork and ask to proceed for printing, We cannot stop for print / reprint or amend the design again.

Sample service (Normal Ready-made card only)
- We can send you samples(under 3 samples) of your chosen design for free. but courier service charge will be $15
   This sample service will allow you to see and feel the quality of our invitations.
   Lead time for sample delivery will be 3~5 days depending on the condition of each country.
- Application for sample : let us know a card code you want with your information such as address, postal code, contact number
  and full name ( e-mail : support@cardgalleria.com )

Payment and Refund policy.
- Payment option : Credit card or Debit card ( through "Paypal system" ), Bank transfer or Western Union
- In case of Bank transfer or Western union payment, please let us know the payment information by e-mail.
- If the received item have printing error due to our mistake, your payment will be returned 100%.
   In this case, the item must be returned within 7 days to our company through our account of courier service.
- After a customer confirm the artwork and request to proceed for printing, It is not refundable under any circumstance due to
   customized item and service.
